We recently had the good fortune to have a Jotul Direct Vent fireplace insert installed in our home. E & E, inspected prior to install and installed the system completely within a few hours. The installation crew, led by Shawn, were clean and extremely knowledgeable about the product and the township requirements. He gave us a detailed demonstration of all the features when the install was complete. A very professional organization. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to upgrade or service their fireplace. E & E exceeded our expectations!

Great local business that provides good service. These guys went to bat for us and got a major component of our gas fireplace covered under warranty. They're easy to communicate with, always there when they say they'll be, and are knowledgeable and polite. Harry, one of their technicians, did a great job at our place and even came right back the next day when we had a small issue which was our own fault. I'll be using these guys for all of my fireplace needs moving forward. Keep up the great work E & E!

I have my Harmon pellet fireplace insert stove for 5 years now, best investment ever. You should do maintenance after 1 ton of pellets or at least annually. I specifically would like to thank Bob in the office and Sean for keeping my equipment running effectively. Be sure to check out E & E.

We had an amazing experience with E & E. Harry came out, diagnosed the problem and he was also the service man who fixed the problem. He took the time to explain why we had the problem to begin with, what we can do to prevent it and daily maintenance to maintain a nice clean fire. He was clean, prompt and very kind. Michelle in the office was very informative and was in communication with us about what parts we needed, costs and time it would take to receive the parts. I highly recommend and will use them for all maintenance needs.

Very great experience from the customer service and the service technicians. Was in a pinch and needed to get roof jack replaced and they were able to come out and do it in a blink of an eye. Very very impressed. Will definitely use them again!

E & E Chimney Sweeps are the best around! We bought a coal stove from them which we loved and years later replaced it with a great pellet stove that saves us a lot of money on our heating bill. And it's so cozy and inviting on cold winter nights. When the techs come out each year for our annual cleaning they are prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.
